Chia Seed Mango Delight Pudding

- 6 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 400 ml Almond Milk
- 1½ tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- Toppings of your choice
In a bowl or a jar, add milk and honey to the chia seeds and stir well. Let sit for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes stir again and ensure that there are no lumps remaining. I used two spoons to just kind of break the lumps.
Cover the bowl/ jar and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
Garnish with mangoes, almonds and muesli or any other toppings of your choice.
- You can use sweetner of your choice.
- Add vanilla extract if you wish. Once the base pudding is ready you can garnish with any fruits, nuts or toppings.
