Eggless Sourdough Pancakes

These pancakes are made with sourdough starter discard. I haven't added any other flour. Made in a jiffy, these disappeared off the plate even faster!!

- 1 cup Sourdough Starter Discard
- 1 tbsp Butter melted and cooled
- 2 - 2½ tbsp Honey
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil for greasing pan
Whisk together butter, honey and sourdough starter ensuring no lumps remain. Add salt baking powder and baking soda and stir.
Heat tava on medium flame. Grease it with oil.
Ladle approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the tava. Cook for approx 30-40 seconds and flip. This side would be browned and cooked. Cook for another 30 seconds. (till both sides are evenly browned).
Serve hot with honey / maple syrup / chocolate sauce !
