Instructions
Mix sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl, ensuring there are no lumps.
Add milk and butter in a saucepan and heat over medium flame, till the butter melts.
Whisk in the sugar and cocoa mix, a little at a time, stirring continuously to avoid any lumps.
Cook over medium flame for 5-6 minutes. Keep stirring!
Once the mixture thickens, turn off the heat and whisk in vanilla extract and salt.
Allow to cool and then refrigerate in an airtight container!
